The battles and the struggles are all to be fought from within. This took me a long time to recognize--perhaps it has to take time; perhaps the long education is necessary. It's normal to look at the world and other people and demand of them that they give you what you need and want for your life, but it's not their responsibility. There is plenty of adventure and romance and stimulation and kindness right inside of you, waiting to be developed and nurtured and shared. The perfect world begins within you. The struggle--in the best sense of the word--is then for you to share it, spread it around, make it part of the life of those around you.
